are the boots of swiftness viable on any champion? i never saw them in any competitive stream or in a good build.

"getr really good with one champion and play him all the time. after a while you can carry (this does not always mean win though) like 90% of your games. some roles(jungle and sup) are more team reliant than others (adc and mid) ofc, but you can still have a really good winrate with a sup."
