"Yeah it's a known bug. The work around, for now, is to switch to the build you want to edit, and then switch tabs within that build (to runes, or items) then back to masteries again. This will make the masteries appear.
I'm working on a fix."

"@Lygarine, there may be an issue with unpublished guides... I'll take a look. Once you publish, it will cut over to season 2 masteries for sure, but while it's unpublished you may continue to have issues. I'll see if I can fix this."

"Having your guide marked as "incomplete" isn't a problem, as soon as we fix this issue it will be back to its original status.
Is it in the editor page where you do not see the masteries? Or is it in the view guide page? Or both?
I did experience a bug where the mastery trees didn't "
