New masteries (and Fizz) are coming very shortly, like in the next few hours. We're just polishing it up.
We are trying to keep guides backwards compatible so old guides will still show the old mastery tree. However, when you go to save/publish your guide again, you will be forced to redo the masteries as they will get blanked out otherwise.

How about adding passive item bonuses while you're at it?
Items like
Rabadon's Deathcap and Archangel's Staff don't give the stats they're supposed to atm.

Ranked Team Play: In this update, teams will get their own ranking as a group on either the 3v3 or 5v5 maps. The team captain will be able to choose a name and tag to go with their group ranking.
