Fixed a bug in the tournament registration system that wasn't flagging teams as "Registered" after the last team member accepted their invitation...

"I tested it with headers and it seems to work fine, if a guide is still not showing the header in color it may be just a cache issue that should refresh within 24 hours. If you link me to an example where it's not coloring right though I can take a closer look!"

"That error happens when the site is down, as Scrax said either because I'm doing some maintenance or the server got overloaded. It has happened several times over the last couple weeks due to increased traffic, I'm working on it :)"

"Yeah for sure, it's something we have wanted to do basically since we launched it on OP, but it's gonna require a major facelift to the builder code. Hopefully soon!!"
