"You can't currently disband or modify a team, the system doesn't handle it yet. Eventually you will be able to modify your team as long as it is not currently registered in any upcoming/active tournaments.
What you can do for now is log in as the captain, cancel your team registration on the tour"

"Regarding Elo, we expect that Elo ranks will change by the end of the tournament, so it's not a huge deal. However, if your average team Elo changes drastically you should let us know to be safe, especially before the tourney starts."
