"He can't trade with you at all because he has really high cooldowns early game. With E start you can pressure every time he goes for a last-hit already from level 1, and maybe set him up for a kill with ignite level 2-3, or at least zone him from CS.

- For that build i would keep ravenous hunter. It's probably THE BEST lower tier rune in the domination tree. The healing you get when it's fully stacked is just insane. Since you also have essence reaver, you can spam your spells way more for"
