I think people were just testing it the first few days of new patch, but it's used on champions that have lane priority.(Shoving lane fast, for example: Ekko, Asol, Zoe.) The reason they used smite...

"That sounds interesting. Depending on the CD of that rune, it could be good on twisted fate to catch fleeing targets, without having to waste flash.minion dematerializer is getting changed too apparently, so other secondary options might be viable. "

- I don't really recommend using that many on melee's because it will slow down your waveclear so much if the casters survive with 10 hp. When we get enough items we can just waveclear the entire wave with pick a card + wild cards so it won't make "
