"The skill sequence and the runes arent about being a tradical support. Its all about harassing. These runes really help in this. A simple Q or an EQ combo can REALLY hurt. I think you didnt try it out. You just wrote something and didnt even checked why it is so. This is ALL written down in the guid"

"If you check out the "Items" Chapter there is that we change our boots for tenacity. We gonna have the cdr cap without the boots, and we can use more useful ones.
We take Ionian boots for EARLY cdr, we change it when we reached the cdr cap. And if you ask me 10 and 12 sec isnt a low cd."
