1. Masteries are a mess. Fleet of foot? Nono. Blade weaving? Nono. Go more defensive, you'll need it.
2. Same for items, way to offensive. With the example build you presented you will die before you even can cast your ulti.
3. Flash is a need for almost all champ"

AP Kogmaw is very hard to play and not enough rewarding (in my experience). AD Kogmaw is slightly easier to play, and a little bit more rewarding :P
AP Kogmaw relies on a very hard to hit...
