Maybe thats more legit.
Also, it is better to reduce its stats instead of increasing the cost, since if it is just too expensive, no one is gonna just buy the item :P"

I'd also change the % MR per AP to 10 instead of 15.
The item will now grant:
70 AP
30 MR
10% CDR
0.10 MR/AP
Recipe cost: 400 + 820 + 435 = 1655g
Bonus stats gained from combining:
70-30-20 = 20 AP
20-20 = 0 M"
