Posted a Comment: Jun 23rd, 2015 "The singletarget appliance to spells is based on the original spells. In Ryze's case, Q and W are singletarget and therefore would apply singletarget effects even when ult is on. Seemingly this also happens on the E effect of Ryze, which I didnt know."
