"I had a similar problem, but it was mainly when having both H1 as a colour/bold/italic/underlined.
It will either only do H1 or give the colour/bold/italic/underline :P

I think scorewise, you should always try to have at least twice as much assists than you have deaths.
With champions, that would probably be:
Taric, Leona, Blitzcrank,...
