You put 90% of your guide in the pros and cons chapter, which does not make sense at all.
What I advice:
Make multiple chapters, like:
* Introduction
* Pros and cons (You already have)
* Ability explanation
* Summoner spell explanation
* Runes"

"Never ever ever upload an unfinished guide unless without having at least the important stuff in it.
An ability explanation is really necessary, add it asap.
A pros and cons section is nice to have an overview about:
What is good and bad about this champion and what is good/bad about the way"

I advice you to look for Jhoijhoi's guide about making a guide, and Laggermeisters 10 commitments.

Though your guide is not (no offense), what I mean by that is that it can improve a lot:
What is missing:
- Coding, your guide doesn't look very attractive at all :P
- A clear structure, I know early game, mid game and late game chapters are use"

"Well, if you only play one champion, then you will get very good with that champ.
However:
* You will not be able to change your pick based on your team, you can't play adc, support, whatsoever.
* You can't counterpick, since you always play morde mid :P
* I myself believe it is boring to play"
