Try to make the order from the least important to the most important.
I would change the order like this:

Summoner spells (not yet included)

The coding with the double brackets may make it easier to remember what item what is, especially for the newer players.

Though, I find the structure used in the items section and summoner spells annoying to look at, since one item/spell has a lot more explanation and the other one much less, giving the item with less explanation much more space around it.
But hey, that is not so important"
