Okay as of 6pm EST I have 41 LP. Just lost 20 LP and I felt like this would be a god time to make this.

Okay so here is the updated list:

MVP system: 1st, 2nd and 3rd MVP. If you are generally a good player and your team is losing then this can help you. If player 1 has a 5/2/4, 2 has a 3/1/8 and 3 has a 6/3/2. Then 2 should be 1st MVP, 3 should be 2nd and 1 should be 3rd. The points given for then are like this:
1st - 6
2nd - 4
3rd - 2

Ok so today was a fairly good day. Gained 34 points.
I got an idea from one of the enemy Akali's so her is what she said.
"Riot needs a passive point system for players who do well but still lose."
While it does seem like a nice thought it would be hard to work around.

Here are some way I believe it could be implemented:

1. A 1.5 or higher k/d/a ratio so that just going flat positive would get you points but actually being a good player would. Ex. A 3/3/0 or a 1/3/4 game should not give you points cause they average to 1 kill per death; a 1/2/3 or a 5/2/6 game should give... Read More

In my opinion, the new system is fairly nice.
Though a few things need tweaking.
First is the gain and loss ratio. I like how fast it is to rank up and all that jazz but the point loss is ridiculous. I played two games the other day and gained a total of 26 points. Today I play a game and lose 20 points. Someone please tell me that is nuts.
Second is who you play with. For example I am in a Silver Tier Division V and I get paired up with Bronze Tier Division V's. I think Riot need to change it to where you play with your own Tier. Just to prevent trolls. Cause we all know that some... Read More

So from what I have gather Twisted Fate might be my go to when ranked turns to a troll fest.
I have yet to lose a Ranked match with him and I do pretty well with him.
I'm not saying I am the best (Far from actually). But he just works.
