Posted a Comment: Jul 23rd, 2012 "The gold seals are not worth it I think, the only time you should be having money problems is early game and those seals barely give you anything worth wasting all your seal slots for. The quints should be enough, I would recommend armor seals for sure. in the bot lane armor is just way too importan"

Evelynn scales horribly with ad, and she actually clears faster with ms quints, because you get from camp to camp faster. ESPECIALLY since you don't have any movement speed masteries either.
