change the masteries into 0/21/9, prolonged buff blue is important.

several things
you must mention how big of a leash you need, really, level 1 alistar has no power xD
items:
get regrowth pendant first, unless you get level 2 rank in your heal. Your heal is pretty weak. But boots are good two, because of alistars great ganks.
do not get a kage's p"
