"I would take out the AD runes. Armor Pen Marks and Quints do great. Attack Speed or Armor/Magic Resist are what I would shove onto the Seals and Glyphs. Health Marks are also a waste of time IMHO. Just my thoughts on your runes. Tell me what you think."

"The reason people get it first is because it is so cheap and effective for their ultimate. Later on, it enhances the health regeneration that, hopefully, you get. This allows for Mundo to get a ton of utility out of a early SV."
