First of all,the more ability you have the more heal you are going to gain from rejuventaion. This buff actually has 10% ap ratio(I think ratio was the word) and in my way of understanding Soraka, she shouldn't rely on having hp regen stay 100000miles away from the enemy and spam Astr"
