"Also, leveling Ki Burst before Broken Wings will maximize damage output. Ki Burst's cooldown lowers with is levels, Broken Wings does not."

"REGARDLESS of what the enemy team is stacking, you need Magic Penetration. If theyre stacking MR, then you definately need it to do any damage at all. If they're not, you need it to shut them down faster than they can shut you down."
