Only issue I have with using Rylai's for more HP and CC is all of Vladimir's skills will only slow 15%, and only for a short time. Hardly worth it. If you're up against champions you know can surpress you, you should be playing safer"

The build I normally run is: Rush Hextech Gunblade T1 Bots Upgrade to T2 boots, then WotA or vice versa depending on which you need (survivabiliy or damage) Haunting Giest Rabadon's Deathcap Abyssal Scepter Rab"
