I cant speak much for mid lane, but for jungle, i can recommend maokai, sejuani, and amumu. They are all extremely tanky, if you build the right way, and both maokai, and sejuani both...

In my opinion,
Zoe could technically be a support, but very situationally. Ive seen her work well with adc's that can blow up a single champ, something like a draven.
