"Just wanted to point out, CDR does not necessarily at % dps increase. So 20% CDR is not a 20% dps increase unless you are casting spells as they come off cooldown. Every time you let a spell sit off cooldown you are losing effective dps (speaking specifically about ryze)"

"Karma is in a weird spot. Maxing Q seems to be the way to go for poke, but mantra-ing a Q seems totally pointless because it's so easy to run out. Maxing W and E probably wouldn't give you enough damage but because you're not mantra-ing your maxed ability you're damage is also hurting.
