"Dr.Mundo counters Shyvana because he can clear his own jungle so quickly and is strong in early levels as well. He can't counter-jungle like Shyvana can but running him against Shyvana is effective"

I smart cast everything except a few abilities. I heard you cannot smart cast rumble ult, viktor's lazor and certain other abilities but I can't confirm
