"I personally spam dark wind. It's such a low mana cost, it's annoying as hell, long range, great spell. I think it's like 50 mana at all ranks, and even I can spam it with just a Faerie Charm and my base mana regen and still break even. I don't like using drain unless it's on a minion to get bac"

blitz can't stop vayne from being blown up as well as other supports. he also has no sustain. The only thing he does really well is zone. "

"I'd say Viktor wins, cait has the early harass but Viktor is so much stronger than her after level 4. Caitlyn's skillset is rather weak for her harassment while Viktor's get's stronger as he ranks them up.
But I think there are very few skilled Viktor players out there atm"
