Tier 1: Xin Zhao, Darius, Zyra
Tier 2: Alistar, Nunu & Willump, Vladimir, Diana
Tier 3: Malphite, Ezreal, Ryze
Tier 4: Rumble, Jax, Fizz

Tier 1 - Champions that stomp lanes and still have late game presence, these 3 champions all have gamebreaking damage output, with Darius and Xin Zhao being incredibly tanky and great dualists

Tier 2 - These champions are mostly tanky, Alistar jungle is pretty strong right now, likely to get nerfs. Nunu & Willump if played right will counter jungle the **** out of you, it's almost as bad as pre-nerf Shyvanna maybe even worse. Vladimir is just broken, his levels 1-6 aren't even that bad, they're not good, but certainly not bad, and after that point he's probably the strongest champion in the game. No one scales better than him except hyper-AD carries like Tryndamere (debatable), Tristana, Vayne and Kog'Maw. Diana's Moon Crescent is only like a 4 second cooldown, it can be difficult to land, but generally it's harder to dodge than land. Her AoE pull is pretty strong, makes getting away pretty much impossible, you have to burn a summoner when she uses it, it's like an easier to land blitz grab in the sense it forces cooldowns, but she does have minor risk when using it.

Tier 3 - Malphite is pretty strong right now, damage is high despite the nerfs and he counters hard AD based champions. I think he might slightly be overrated, he's deffinitely borerline OP if not OP, but I don't think he's gamebreaking. People found a new way to play Ezreal and it's proved really effective. He is getting nerfs in the upcoming patch, but it seems his only counter is outplaying the enemy. He's pretty safe all around if you play him right. Ryze is in here because his kit is broken. He's got one of the highest sustained dps of all mages, and he gets even tankier as the game progresses. It's fine for him to be a tanky mage, but Riot needs to consider bringing his damage down. They supposedly "nerfed" him a couple patches ago, but really all they did was shift some numbers. They made Rod of Ages a more attractive option and building it actually is a dps increase as opposed to before. His ultimate now gives Spell Vamp and movement speed, so activating it and throwing down a full combo will heal for alot on a champion who's already tanky. Oh ya it's also on like a 15 second cooldown.

Tier 4 - These champions are mostly assassins or lane bullies. Rumble is a lane bully, his damage is still really high even after the nerfs. He doesn't seem so strong outside of lane, but he beats almost every champion in lane. Fizz is a toxic force to the game, and I firmly believe that. It only takes a kill for him to snowball out of control, he trades extremely well, he can negate damage easily, and is nearly impossible to gank. On top of that he does very high damage, even for an assassin. Jax is back to his old self, overpowered as usual. Riot seems to have trouble balancing this champion for whatever reason. Empower does stupid damage. Maxing it first you can do like 250 damage per empowered leap strike at level 5. To put that into perspective that's like a Tristana ult every 8 or so seconds. On top of that he's hard to build against and he's pretty tanky. He's not impossible to gank, but can be difficult

and that rounds out this weeks lists of OP's, i'll try and be more consistent
