"You don't have to play when you're ref'ing if you'd rather cast. The important thing is that you can balance teams and get stuff happening on time. The one issue would be that you wouldn't be live, but 3 min behind, so if a fight breaks out you couldn't try to settle it before it escalates. "

"Well, since we're moving the inhouse forums essentially to the guild launch site, I think we could change the forum to "Community Games and Matchmaking" and ask people to make inhouse discussions on the guildlaunch site."
