"Assuming you're getting Swiftness in tier 2 I would get improved flash and good hands. Just because extra base mana without the mana regen won't help much and improved flash is better than improved recall."

"She's basically like a counter-meta top lane, similar to teemo. Really hard to catch and does a fair amount of damage early with her range. I've seen this and it actually works pretty well. I'm not sure about past malady / madred's but I've seen Lulu top pwn Wrath so... ;P"

"The report option for "unskilled player" is just something people can click to make them feel better. It's like the close button on an elevator. It doesn't actually do anything and you can't get banned for being unskilled.
