Posted a Comment: May 15th, 2012 "The green / red bars only happen if "Comment to Vote" is turned on and only for the first 20 votes. Like people said if it says "thanks for voting" it worked. Also the score usually takes a while to update on the actual guide, so don't worry about that. "

I'm not sure how you got "scammed" on ebay but it should be a pretty simple "I trade this for this" with craigslist."
