"If you're doing bad as ap stacking doran's ring or getting a catalyst to build into ROA usually helps. I wouldn't call not getting any kills with annie doing bad though, as long as you have good creep kills. Try just rushing a deathcap if you're having trouble killing your enemy in lane, but needles"

"As long as it's close to 40% it's not a big deal, CDR is probably the most valuable stat for Sona, and most other supports. Being able to spam all your spells (mostly the heal cd) and have your ult up is vital to success. "
