I don't really like Tear myself, but you actually incorporated it well by using ROA / (maybe Frozen Heart) combo. My big pet peeve is when people have it but don't even use its passive.

I would only get QSS if they have multiple suppresses (malzahar, warwick) because otherwise you should be fine. The problem is Sona (and most other casters) really need flash for their escapes because most of the time they're fine sitting in the back, and the rare times they catch y"

The utility masteries are more important. Maybe use Teleport / Ghost or something like that and use the mastery points for the summoners at the bottom of the utility tree.

I am beginning to like CDR more. I have been using CDR glyphs lately and they work pretty well. The problem is Malady and Madred's are very core items, so you'd have to get Nashor's after Frozen Mallet or something like that. "
