He's not going to do as much damage as other carries yes, but he is good in lane with his poison/dart harass and his blind is nice for when ppl jump you. Like they said, look at The Rain Man, "

Janna would be good with an AD that relies on early lane dominance such as Vayne (unless maybe the nerf's make her not be able to do that as well) so I think Janna + Vayne would be good.
