Flat mpen is applied before the %mpen is applied, so the more flat mpen you have the less your %mpen will do. With this build on anybody but a tank your %mpen will be useless, but with Abyssal Scepter sinc"

The only thing is I'm not sure about Frozen Heart since, the way I understand it, they will take less damage from your ult because they are hitting you slower. However this does make you and your team take less damage overall so it's probably worth it. Another good item would"

Also your only survivability until your last item is frozen mallet and doran's shield... which quite frankly isn't enough for renekton. Since he has to jump into the fray and ult (and live through that) "
