"The thing is you're wasting a lot of your void staff's use because you have so much flat mpen. Flat mpen is applied before the %mpen is applied, so the more flat mpen you have the less your %mpen will do. With this build on anybody but a tank your %mpen will be useless, but with Abyssal Scepter sinc"

Recent Recommendations Isn't Updating?
My guide New Player FAQ was recommended yesterday afternoon. I've been waiting to see if it's just taking a while to update the home page but it doesn't seem to be. IIRC I haven't seen it change in...
