"Well, if we use Elophant to organize champions into a tier list based on win rate (or something like that) then people can already find that kind've information by searching the champions based on the various filters we provide.

"It seems like a fun idea, but I think it would take too much development time and we don't really have anywhere good to put it anyways. :( This is on top of the other problems people mentioned, though if we did it I would definitely see it as more of a fun / community thing and not a serious "t"

"I've always wanted to do a "guide of the week" type thing. This could be separate from scouted guides etc, but scout rank + or editor rank + could help decide them / vote on them.
I'd be willing to make the news posts etc. I could make a guide suggestion thread with some qualifications"
