Do you think Zoe is overpowered? I've seen one too many ADC's, Top laners, Mid laners, even some tanks get one-two shot because of her. I'm not complaining, I just think she needs some tweaking.
Also, can we talk about her W? The ability is crazy in its own right, and the fact that you can blow flash and it doesn't really mean anything is kind of scary. There are so many uses for her W it seems almost overwhelming to fight her and manage what she can do to dismantle you.

When I first saw Zoe, I expected her to be extremely overpowered due to her E giving her a guaranteed setup for her Q. After playing with/against it in game, I would say she's more "overtuned" than overpowered (a few changes to stats on her abilities could solve it). Without her E setup, her Q is actually pretty hard to hit. It has a veryyyy narrow hitbox, so sidestepping it isn't that hard.
Her W is interesting. While I do think minions need to drop spells sometimes, I think the things they drop should be less impactful (heal instead of redemption, protobelt instead of hextech gunblade etc...).
