"A solid guide from what I can see, I've not read all of it but a lot of the information seems to be there. I know you said that you find hybrid pen marks to be inferior to AD marks but what about attack speed marks since you do build some on hit items such as wit's end and blade of the ruined "

"I don't want to give a biased answer but it'll probably end up being that way.
I adore azir but I honestly don't think he's an effective solo queue champion. He has good early game zoning potential and is a safe-ish farmer with good outplay potential and decent mobility + scales with cooldown"
