"Am I the only one who uses Scaling CDR runes? My standard mage setup has Scaling CDR quints. Those plus 5% CDR from masteries and 20% CDR from morellonomicon or athene's unholy grail gives me the maximum 40% CDR."

"I prefer Scaling Armor Seals, since they match flat armor runes at level 6, which comes very quickly. I'd suggest getting Scaling Cooldown Reduction Glyphs and Quints as well."
