"I'd say the more ranked they've played the better a measure of skill it is. For instance someone at 1300 ELO who has only played like 12 games doesn't tell you anything, but someone at 1400 elo who has played 200 ranked games can be assumed to be good but not amazing."

"I think that throatslasher is setting it up pretty well. I think he may have set his standards a little high, but I could be proven wrong. I just don't know how many of our high elo people can play every day, or would want to make that commitment."
