The build is pretty basic, but a few items I disagree, like Boots of Switftness and Hextech Gunblade. Also in Masteries Id prefer going 21(going all the way down) 9 0. You also mention that Urgot is an carry, while Teemo and those champions are not. Urgot isn't actually an official A"
