Either cut FH or only do 10% CDR in Runes. Life Steal Quints or Flat/ Scaling Health would be much better. I personally have had little problem stacking without C"

Would it not be better to focus on extra defensive stats and just buy CDR as you need it from the shop? Especially seeing how in your item section you are still listing TF, FH and SV as your core items which now will give you 40cdr on their own. Thus taking CDR in runes and masteries will make one of those items less ef"
