Posted a Comment: Mar 29th, 2021 "I find that Dark Harvest still works, but PTA feels more effective for team fights and when your Support partner is consistently dishing out damage in your Bot-Lane 2v2 fights. Otherwise if your Support partner is passive, you might as well pick Dark Harvest."

I would say Morgana is probably a Medium/Easy difficulty since you need to practice your timing on her spellshield and ultimate.
