1. Thank you for telling me about the rep, didn't know that.
2. What is wrong with the "optional" part of somebody reviewing my guide?
3. If somebody presents me with an unfinished guide, i'll be giving it a downvote aswell as what they can improve on.
4. If a guide is good, i'll be upvoting it.

The optional part is just meaningless that is all, since both have to be optional and it is explained in the title that it is optional. It's just not needed, which is why I said remove the bracketed words and your fine.
Just a couple of things:
1. You cannot make +rep a compulsory, it is against mobafire's policy. Simply get rid of the must and optional in brackets and it'll be fine.
2. A "reviewer" has a job to provide feedback on the guide, giving ways to improve/add to what is already there. This means your coming to an unfinished product, and telling them what they can do to make it better. Upvoting after reviewing someone's guide is a polar opposite to that. It's just my opinion though, you can upvote guides you like at your discretion.
