"The reason why i hate wriggle is it kills your damage early game sooo much. and delays the big items. If im worried about physical damage, ninja tabi is wayy better than wriggles in terms of damage mitigation.

one thing to say though is the early game itemization. Starting dorans is almost 90% of the time a terrible idea.
early game build order you should emphasize
boots of speed > 3 doran's blades > bezerker's greaves > finished first i"
