"I like the build, but if there isn't fed AP carry on enemy team I don't recommend it.
Also if you would go for Ryali's Crystal Scepter earlier you wouldn't have problems with CC and it will fix lack of hp, so I would say that Exhaust is a waste. Flash is always better summoner spell. Al"
