Teemo build.-
Madred's Bloodrazor is taken early because solo top champions get huge amount of health earlier.-
Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power are great because they give you nice boost to your Toxic Shot.- One Greather Glyph of Strenght is giving you bonus 1AD on start instead of 0.20, because you will already have additional unused 0.80AD.

Frozen Mallet fits in great because Teemo has no CC and he's squishy. This item will fix both.
