The item was simply too powerful. However, it was replaced by Blade of the Ruined King, which is an excellent item despite the nerf it received. This is easily as viable for Warwick, and is now one of the most powerful items available to AS/Lifesteal Champions, like Nocturne.

I play it on Warwick, but I rarely get it on an ADC, I'm busy getting Edge, lifesteal, atk speed...

It's a great item, expensive though, and UGLY :( Wish it had a cooler picture :D

All I can say, I can bring down tanks and squishies when I put this on warwick, just won me a battle getting 21 kos...NO ONE IS SAFE ANYMORE >:3

good for twitch, too. epic AS + his piercing ult. got one pentakill and two qudra kill with this tactic. and even if the enemy focuses you down, you probably burned half of maximum hp of entire enemy team for the rest of your team to scavenge on (hello 5 assists!). When playing twitch, be sure to click Debiliating Poison and Expunge before you die if you dont have them on CD, to increase possibility of your team to get kills.

Thats not considering the damage your champion is doing as well, this is an additional 4% on top of that, it definitely adds up against tanks.

Just because something is good does not make it broken. It still costs an arm and a leg, and doesn't crack down on squishies as much as conventional dps items.
