"The problem with switching out enchantment: runic echoes for enchantment: bloodrazor is, that you loose the valuable and much needed 7% movement speed, which helps a lot against kiting. That (and Cho'gath's AP ratios) is the main reason why I even have that item as core in my build.

"There is a trick with hextech protobelt-01 , if you cast it while very close or inside an enemy, you hit all rockets, so you deal 360(+84% AP) damage, basically adding another high damage spell. This will also proc thunderlord's decree."

"Akali for the latest time was only viable on top lane anyway. With my patented bruiser Akali build you can dominate top lane and from that place the game:
sunfire cape, abyssal scepter, sorcerer's shoes, hextech gunblade, zhonya's hourglass, rabadon's deathcap.
