"As jungler, you have to differ between feral flare and no feral flare. Every Feral Flare junglers uses currently:
Marks: Based on damage dealed, can be AD, Armorpen or Hybrid Pen, very rarely AS.
Seals: Armor or Armor/lvl, based onto how much you need armor early. Most will use armor, "

"Interesting that Yi benefited most from it, considering he doesn't have any utility or that much overall synergy with it like others except for auto attacks. Seems to be Yi had these powers even pre feral flare, people were just to lazy to see it. And now people seem to forget his weaknesses."
