Okay, for now we use ad marks and quints and 9/21/0 masteries. This leads for Lee to 79 AD at level 1, 20 of that is bonus AD.

Old: 60 (+100% bonus AD). => 60+20 = 80
New: 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 (+60% total AD) => 25+79*0.6 = 72.4

"Give him a new playstyle, he is one of the most unbalanced characters in the game with the worst power curve in the game. This way, players have to rethink how to play him, instead of mashing down every button, use things like the passive or sheen to complement the idea behind his kit."
